Creme De La Mer accepts Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, and PayPal.
How do I return an item?
They hope that you are delighted with your order, but if for some reason you are not they have set out below a summary of your rights in the event that you wish to return a product. Full details in relation to such rights can be found in their La Mer General Terms and Conditions for Online Product Sales.
If you made your purchase through a partnered retail location, such as a department store or airport, then any return will need to be made in accordance with the returns/cancellation policy of the relevant retailer and should not be returned directly to them. Similarly, if you purchased products on the La Mer website, you must return them in accordance with the procedure outlined here and not directly to a partnered retail location.

Can I exchange an item?
If the goods you receive are damaged or faulty, or not what you originally ordered they will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund. Please notify them as soon as possible by calling their Customer Service Team 0808 281 0225.
To ensure prompt resolution, please provide the order number and keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection.
What is the cancellation policy?
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are not accepted or are cancelled by their system for various reasons. Some reasons are:

Cannot deliver to address provided
Duplicate order was placed
If your order is not accepted or is cancelled by them, you will receive an email to explain the reason. Your original payment method will be refunded for the appropriate amount.
If you wish to change or cancel your order prior to dispatch please call their Customer Services Team on 0808 281 0225 with your order number, to discuss what practical options are available to you. Please note as they generally process orders very quickly and dispatch orders within 1-2 days, therefore, it may not be possible to prevent your order from being dispatched. If it is possible they will let you know about any changes to the price of the products, the timing of supply or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change. If they cannot make the change or the consequences of making the change are unacceptable to you, you may wish to cancel your order and return your products once received in accordance with their RETURNS POLICY.
How long does it take to process the order?
UK mainland orders received by 5 pm Monday to Thursday, will be dispatched the same day for the next day delivery option and the following day for standard delivery. Please allow one additional day for deliveries to off-shore islands, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland. Orders are processed and dispatched on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
