Yes, if you contact them within an hour of placing the order it may be possible to amend your order. If it’s regarding changing the delivery address they would suggest ringing them or emailing straight away. However, if you require adding another item to your order, Daisy suggest placing a separate order and then informing them so they can match up your orders.
If you require a different size or want to exchange what you’ve bought for another piece of jewelry, they are happy to offer exchanges within 14 days of purchase (UK) and 28 days (overseas). To proceed with an exchange, simply fill out the slip that came with your parcel, tick the exchange box, and state which item you’d like to swap it for.
If you are looking to return your item, they are happy to either exchange or refund your order if returned within 30 days. All their jewelry also comes with a 6-month warranty, where they are happy to swap items with manufacturing faults free of charge.
Daisy will credit your account within 5-10 working days of receipt of your items.
