What is the payment method?
Euroffice accepts Visa, Master Card, Maestro, PayPal, and American Express.
What are the delivery times?
Please note that even though their couriers are working really hard to get your orders delivered on time, some goods that are marked as next day delivery may be delivered within 48 hours. Deliveries in Northern Ireland may take between 2 -3 days to arrive. Where possible they will ensure that we provide you with online tracking, so you can keep an eye on your delivery using our online tracking facility which can be accessed from the dispatch email we will send or through your online My Account section.
How do I return an item?
To start the returns process you’ll need to contact them within 10 business days of receiving the product. Some computing or technology products need to be returned sooner, so please check with our Customer Care Team if this applies to you. If you contact them more than 10 business days after delivery, they may be unable to provide you with a full refund for the goods being returned.
*Contact them via phone or email
You can contact their Customer Care Team on 0800 316 3876. Their phone lines are open Monday to Friday, 9 am–5:30 pm. Alternatively, you can start your returns process online. Simply log in to your account, go to the Contact them page, choose the relevant order number and let them know which product you’d like to return.
*Free courier collection
After you’ve contacted them, they will email you a returns number and arrange for free collection. For all products (excluding furniture), a courier will collect the product you’d like to return within 3 business days. If you’re returning furniture, their couriers will contact you within 3 business days to arrange collection of the goods which are to be returned.
*Getting ready for collection
When the courier comes to collect the product, you’ll need to let them know the returns number you received from their Customer Care Team. Simply write the returns number on a sticky note and attach it to the unopened box or packaging. Please don’t write or tape the number onto the product that’s being returned, Collections will only be attempted twice. After the second time, they will be unable to issue you with a refund. Please contact them if your product hasn’t been collected within 5 business days of the courier contacting you.
Can I exchange a product?
Unfortunately, they are unable to offer product exchanges. If you’d like an alternative product to what you’ve ordered, they suggest you return the unwanted goods to them for credit then place a new order online.
What is your returns & refunds policy?
Customer satisfaction is their priority, they will refund a product or order if you’re not completely satisfied with it, subject to their Refunds and Returns Policy as detailed below. This policy is also detailed in the Terms for Business Customers or Personal Customers when you shop with us.
You may choose to return a Product for any reason provided that:
*You notify them by sending a query online of your desire to return the Product within 14 days of receipt and the Product is in resalable condition - it needs to still be in its original unopened packaging unmarked.
*If the terms of the condition listed above apply then they will contact you with a returns number and they will arrange for collection at their cost.
Due to health and safety reasons, they are unable to offer refunds on food or drink items including biscuits, chocolates, coffee, and water.
To return a product, you’ll need to contact them within 14 days of receiving the item. If you contact them more than 14 days after delivery, they may be able to accept the goods back, but not at full credit value. Once the Products are back at their warehouse and we have had an opportunity to inspect them to check that they are in resalable conditions they will then process the refund if you paid for the goods using Paypal or a debit/credit card or a credit note if you have a credit account with them. The refund/credit will be in respect of the price of the Product, this will be as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days of them receiving the Product in their warehouse. They are unable to refund the original delivery charge of the returned product.
