Can I book now and pay later?
With their Deposit Payment option, you can secure your tickets for a deposit of only £10. You won’t have to worry about paying the full amount until 5 weeks before your visit!
How are my tickets delivered?
Tickets are delivered by Royal Mail Tracked 48 hours.
When are my tickets dispatched?
As soon as your tickets have been paid for in full, the tickets will be dispatched.
Do Floridatix sell single-day tickets?
No. In the UK you can only purchase 14-day tickets for Universal and SeaWorld. For Disney World, you can only purchase 7, 14 & 21-day tickets (Disney does sometimes release a 2-day ticket around June time).
Can I book my tickets from outside the UK?
No, all FloridaTix tickets are UK Exclusive. Their offers are available only for UK customers and cannot be purchased at the parks. This means you get special deals and better prices than what you’d pay on the day when you book from your home in the UK.
What are my payment options?
They accept payments using PayPal, Visa, and Mastercard.
Can I make part payments?
Yes, you can make part payments online with an initial deposit of £10. The ticket must be paid for in full at least 5 weeks prior to your visit, and each installment must be a minimum of £50.00.
Can I amend my booking?
Depending on what tickets you’ve booked – they may or may not be amendable. Where amends are possible – you’ll have to pay a fee of £10 per amendment. For more info on making amendments – check out their Terms and Conditions.
