Forest Holidays accepts all major Credit/Debit cards.

You can’t check in online, but you can complete an online registration form to speed up the process. If you booked with them directly, this will be emailed to you before your stay and needs to be completed prior to your arrival. If you booked through a third party, you won’t be emailed an online registration form so there’s no need to worry if you don’t receive one.

You can change your preferences at any time by logging into your account on the website and selecting the preferences area.

When you arrive, park up and follow the social distancing markers to the Forest Retreat to safely check-in and pick up your key. You can then retreat to your cabin for your secluded forest escape. So they can apply social distancing effectively, queuing systems may be implemented at the Forest Retreat. While they'll try to make the process as quick as possible, check-in may take a little longer. Their friendly team members will do their best to ensure a fast-moving queue and appreciate your patience with this.

If your cancellation is more than 12 weeks before the start of your holiday you will forfeit the deposit paid. If the cancellation is less than 12 weeks before the start of your holiday you will incur the full cost of the holiday.
