Where do you ship?
FutureLearn ship printed certificates worldwide using Royal Mail.
How can I track?
FutureLearn use Royal Mail’s International Standard service. It isn’t a tracked service so they can’t track your shipment or provide a shipment number.
What to do if your certificate doesn’t arrive?
The majority of their certificates arrive without any issue. If your course has finished and you’ve been waiting longer than six weeks for your printed certificate, please email orders@futurelearn.com with your order number.
(This order number was included on the “Thanks for your order” page and in the confirmation email you received when you bought your certificate.)
What time will my course start?
Courses are available from midnight on Mondays (00:00 UTC) on the day shown on the course page.
If you live in a different time zone, Your Learning will show what time the course starts in your local time zone. This may mean that it looks like the course will start the day before or after the date on the course description page, but please don’t worry.
Once a course has started, you will be able to access the course material and study at any time that suits you. You don’t need to be online at the same time as the lead educator or other students.
