Garden Trends ships within the countries that are available during the checkout process.

A selection of the products listed on their site as 'In Stock' are in stock with Garden Trends suppliers and therefore will be delivered within 7-10 days (unless otherwise stated on the Product Detail Page). Should there be a delay in dispatching these item/s to you for any reason, they will contact you with an updated delivery estimate.

If you wish to exchange any items (change of size/colour/product) within 30 days of receiving your order, please complete the returns form and send the products back to them for a full refund.

If a faulty item is delivered, or you receive an incorrect item, you will be offered a replacement. If this is not satisfactory, a full refund will be offered and you will be required to contact them to return the item. Faulty items must be returned within 30 days if a refund is to be issued. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

If you wish to cancel an order that has not been dispatched a full refund will be issued, you must phone them immediately (not by email). Should you wish to cancel goods that have left their Distribution Centre, orders may be subject to the charges of the return listed below. Your rights to return goods are protected under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
