If your child's card has been stolen, please block the card immediately through the mobile app or website to prevent it from being used fraudulently.

You are then able to order a replacement card with the same design on the mobile app for free, if you would like to change the design on your card this will attract a £4.99 charge.

*Login and click 'Cards' at the bottom of the page

*If you have more than one child on your account then select the child that has had their card stolen.

*Click on 'New'

*Click 'Replace a stolen card'

*If you're happy with the card design and that your address is correct then click Place order

The new card will be with you in 3-5 working days.

Please note:

*The new card will need to be activated once it arrives.

*The existing card will be cancelled immediately.

*To enable contactless you will need to complete a successful Chip & PIN transaction.

If you delete your gohenry account, you'll have a three-day 'cooling-off' period in which you can reactivate the account. After this time, it will not be possible to reactive, and should you wish to start using gohenry again, you will need to set up a new account.

To close your account, please contact their Member Services team (who'll be very sad to see you go, but very happy to help). Call them on 0330 100 7676 or pop an email to help@gohenry.co.uk between 8 am-8 pm, seven days a week.

They will close your account immediately and arrange for any remaining funds to be sent back to your bank account within 7-10 working days. If you need the funds prior to this, we recommend that you withdraw them from an ATM with the gohenry card.

gohenry is a subscription service with a monthly membership fee of £2.99 per child.

The relative account allows friends and family to pay into your child's gohenry account. Once registered, they'll be able to log into their own relative account on the {barnd} website, a view in which children are on the account and gift money to them, they will have the choice to add a message for special occasions. A relative can be part of any number of families, and it's easy to invite them to join through the parent account on the website. At present the relative experience is only available via the website, they are working on a new version available on both mobile app and websites.

Currently, there is no option for two parents to add tasks within gohenry, however, it is possible for two parents to load and oversee the account by adding them as a relative.

To invite an additional parent as a relative on the gohenry account, first log into your parent account through the website. Once you're in, select 'Relatives' from the menu on the left-hand side, click 'Invite a relative', and complete the form when prompted.
