The Gomatic team works as quickly as possible to get your order shipped once you place your order. Warehouse operations are Monday- Friday from 9 AM - 3 PM GMT. Orders placed between these times are sent directly to their fulfilment centres. Gomatic cannot guarantee that they will be able to make any adjustments to an order once it has been placed.

All of their bags and luggage pieces are made from durable water-resistant products. All Gomatic products are meant to be hand washed when they require a cleaning. Do not put your Gomatic Gear in a washing machine. The best way to care for your gear is to take a damp wash cloth and some dish soap and gently wipe the surface of the bag. Unfortunately, soaking the bag in water or putting it in the washing machine will ruin the material the bag is made of! For deeper stains, you may need to put a bit more elbow grease into scrubbing your bag if something has spilt onto your bag.
