Customers can return their items to Shoeaholics from the UK for free within 30 days, in their original packaging, for a refund. Refunds will appear in the customer’s account within 14 days of Shoeaholics receiving the goods.

Returns Portal - Important Information

How to book a return on Shoeaholics’ returns portal

Customers should visit https://shoeaholics.mp-returns.com/ to access their returns paperwork which will have a QR code. Simply scan this and it will take customers directly to Shoeaholics’ new Returns Portal where customers can quickly and easily book to send back any unsuitable items. Customers will need their Shoeaholics order number to use this service.

Once logged in, customers will see all items from that order and the date they can return these until (within 30 days). If they do not appear then customers will have exceeded the returns time frame to send back.

Customers can now select the item they wish to return by ticking the box and selecting the reason for return from the drop-down options.

Customers will then be taken to the returns method page where they can now select the most convenient option. Please be sure to check all options as some need a printer.

Customers should be sure to check their email address is correct as they will be emailed a copy of the label to print off at home and attach to their parcel. Customers can also download it from the screen. If customers have not received the email they should please check their junk/spam folders.

DROP OFF - After applying the label, customers will need to take their parcel to any Hermes parcel shop.

• Please attach the entire label to the order ensuring all previous labels have been removed/covered and sent within 7 days.
• Take the parcel to any Hermes parcel shops using this postage paid label.
• This return label can only be used once. Please only use this label to return the items on this order.

Be sure to obtain proof of postage and keep this until the return has been received and the refund processed. 
HERMES COLLECTION - Please print the label, attach it to a parcel and Hermes will collect it from the specified address.

• Customers should complete the form with their details
• Customers should pick the preferred date for the collection and look out for text/email notifications advising them of the collection times. This return label can only be used once. Please only use this label to return the items on this order.
• Once the courier arrives to collect the parcel, customers should please ensure they obtain proof of postage. Please keep this until the return has been received and the refund processed.

In the event Hermes fails to collect on this day, customers should please check their tracking to see if another collection has been rescheduled or they may need to re-book another one.

PRINT IN-STORE - Customers will need to package up their parcel and bring it to the selected Hermes ParcelShops with their QR code.

Customers can use the Hermes Print In-Store machines to print their label if they’ve booked online.
They should just be sure to take the QR code with the parcel to their nearest ParcelShop to print the label.
Customers can check which ParcelShops near them have a print in-store service.

Customers should please ensure they obtain and keep proof of postage. Please keep this until the return has been received and the refund processed. 

Paperless option:
This QR code can be used at a local Hermes ParcelShop, which supports the Print In-Store option.

• Customers should please find their local Hermes ParcelShop filter by ‘Pay, print or return in store’.
• Take the parcel to the Hermes ParcelShop and show this return QR code to the assistant on a smartphone or tablet.

Printer Option:

If customers cannot use the QR code, they should print the label, affix to their parcel and take it to their local Hermes ParcelShop
This return QR code or label can only be used once.

What happens next?

Now that the return is with Hermes, they will aim to deliver this parcel to the warehouse in 3-7 days. This can increase during busy periods.

Customers can track this journey using their proof of returns tracking receipt. The Returns Portal will also show when the returned parcel is in-transit and when it has been delivered to the warehouse.

Please note returns sent via Hermes can stay in their network for up to 14 days before being delivered back to the Shoeaholics warehouse. Kindly allow this time before contacting Shoeaholics.

Customers will receive an email when their refund has been received and another email to let them know it’s been processed.

Customers can also track their return with their proof of postage receipt to see if it has arrived back to Shoeaholics. Details on how customers can track their return can be found here.

All refunds will go back to the original method of payment. Once the refund has been processed, customers should please allow 3-5 working days for this to be dealt with by their card issuer.
