What do I do if I have not received my order?
They will send you an email notifying you when your order has shipped and expected arrival. To track your order, use the tracking link provided in your email or located in your account to see where your order is.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your purchase with them up to 35 days after receipt of your order, unfortunately, any cancellations or amendments cannot be made between placing your order and receiving your parcel; this includes address changes and adding or removing lines.
Once you have received your order and wish to return for a refund, please see the returns process on your documentation. If you don’t want specific lines in an order, the easiest way to receive a refund is to return them to your nearest store. Unless faulty; medicines, food, personalized gifts, or cosmetics products that have been opened cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Their ingredients are sourced from known suppliers across the globe. All suppliers are audited by Boots to ensure they meet legal and company requirements. This includes their standards for sustainable sourcing of ingredients such as those derived from palm oil and natural products.
