Notification of faulty or damaged goods must be sent in writing within 30 working days from receipt. If faulty Gorgeous Shop Limited will supply a free post returns label so the product can be sent back to them for inspection and forwarded on to the brand. If damaged, photographic proof must be sent to Gorgeous Shop Limited and a free post returns label may be sent to the product can be returned to them.
How soon will I be refunded?
