If you haven't received your order after 3 working days via 1st Class or 5 working days via 2nd Class, please contact their customer service team by emailing them.

They completely get it, and they change their minds too. While they wish they could, once an order is placed, they are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. They hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

If you contact their customer support team, they’ll be able to let you know if it’s possible.

They know you might have made a mistake or you may need to change what you’ve ordered; however, they’re not able to amend your order. Please contact their customer support team, and they will be able to help you.

Now, of course, they hope you love everything you’ve ordered, but if you’ve changed your mind about something, that’s ok too.

If you would like to return your order or any part of it, as long as it is still in a saleable condition (i.e., undamaged, in its original packaging, complete with an envelope, etc.), please send it back to them within 14 days for a full refund.

If your order, or any part of it, has been damaged, is faulty, or is not what you ordered, you have 30 days to return it to them.

They would also require a photograph of the fault or damage in question.
