It is important to Lemon Lunar that you are completely satisfied with your purchase that is why Lemon Lunar offers a UK 14 days returns policy in cases which:
-The item does not fit you
-You are not satisfied with the quality
-Or you have simply changed your mind
Provided that:
-The item is unworn and in original condition with all the tags still attached
-The item is not a sale item
-The item is not a bodysuit, swimwear or lingerie (for hygiene reasons).
-The item is returned to Lemon Lunar within 14 days from the delivery date
-A receipt and proof of purchase is available
-Sale items, swimwear, bodysuits & lingerie are strictly excluded.
-Should Lemon Lunar's return policy not be honoured, the item will be sent back with charges payable by the customer.
Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resalable condition and any tags must be intact. Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing, please ensure you are not wearing any make-up, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. Items must be returned at the customer’s expense. You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to Lemon Lunar. Failure to do so may result in them not being able to process your return.
Lemon Lunar reserves the right to refuse a refund/exchange if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
Lemon Lunar cannot accept returns for any jewellery
Please note if you receive a LemonLunar box with your order, this needs to be returned with your returned order otherwise £5 will be deducted.
Please include your invoice with your returned item to enable Lemon Lunar to identify you and process your refund /exchange as quickly as possible, if this is not present please write a written note with all your details.
Exchange:
Exchanges are in the form of credit notes, Lemon Lunar will email over a credit note code (discount code with the total amount) for you to reorder your exchange.
Faulty Items:
Any damages or faults must be reported within 24hrs of delivery.
All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any item displaying damage deemed to be a result of misuse, accidental damage or fair wear and tear caused by you will not be accepted as faulty.
Shipping:
Please note all return shipping costs need to be covered by the customer except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty by their team.
Lemon Lunar reserves the right not to refund you if they have proof of delivery i.e GPS tracking, customers signature or photographic evidence of a safe place.
Lemon Lunar reserves the right not to refund you if you’ve lost your postage tracking receipt.
