How do I modify my shipping address for my order?
Once you have received your purchase order confirmation, Hilo can no longer change the shipping address. When you receive your tracking number, on the courier website, you will be able to update your shipping address.
Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?
No. Unfortunately, their shipping system processes the order immediately. Nevertheless, once you receive the tracking number you can reach out to the courier to reject the delivery. The parcel will be shipped back to their warehouse.
How do I request a return of my Hilo device?
You can request a return of your order within 14 days from the date of delivery of the device, by sending them a return request through Support: Hilo The return policy is only applicable to purchases made on their website.
Upon receipt of your return form and confirmation that the conditions for the return are met, they will send you the necessary instructions on how to proceed. You shall send back the full products to them without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you receive the shipping label, or you exercise your right of withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the products before the period of 14 days has expired.
They will refund the payments received from you (excluding the fees, duties and shipping costs paid by them on your behalf) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 30 days from the day they receive the withdrawal notice. They will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
