What is your returns policy?
Holland & Barrett is sure you’ll love your purchase, but if you’re not happy for any reason, simply return the item(s) within 30 days of ordering and they’ll exchange or refund it. Once they have received your returned item(s) they will issue a refund to the payment method used to pay for the order. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to show in your account. You can return items back to your local store, or you can choose one of the below couriers to post it back to them.
What if I have lost or got a damaged product?
If you have any lost or missing products from your order then please contact their Customer Care team; phone 0370 606 6606 or email them. Lost parcels must be reported within 30 days of the dispatch date. They will not be liable for any loss should you fail to do this. They take great care to ensure your items reach you in good condition. However, if you are unfortunate to receive a damaged item, just return it to them and they will happily refund or replace it.
I haven’t received an email to confirm my order?
This could be for several reasons such as the inputting of the wrong email address or technical issues where the system has timed out before your order had time to reach their ordering system. If this is the case you may see a pending authorization from them on your bank or PayPal account. As this is only a request they will never take the monies from your account and they should drop off back into your available balance after a couple of days.
How will I know my order has been dispatched?
You will receive an email notification as soon as your order has been dispatched from their warehouse.
