Items will be sent via DPD, once your order has been shipped a tracking update will be sent to the email address registered to the order. A text update can also be sent if you submit a UK mobile number along with your order, if you have a preferred delivery method please contact them.

They operate an “open case” policy, which means their customers are fully entitled to open the units and alter them as they deem fit – however, if it has been opened within the initial 30 days of receipt, this will void the right to 30 days returns for a full refund and from that point onwards be subject to warranty. If damages are found to be made as a consequence of alterations this may be chargeable when in for repair.

If the PC is found to be faulty within the first 30 days of receipt they must be notified in written form within 30 day of receipt to be eligible for a refund. Once the PC has been returned to base and the fault has been confirmed they will process refund ASAP and in any case within 30 days of cancellation. For a full refund to be processed the goods must be returned in their original condition, along with all CDs, manuals and packaging.
