Delivery period

Change of mind (unwanted goods)

Faulty products

Dead On Arrival products (DOA - Up to 30 Days) If customers feel their item/s is faulty on arrival, Laptop Outlet would advise contacting them for technical support to troubleshoot and fix any technical issues before organising a return. Goods returned with no fault found are subject to a restocking/ handling charge, thus by contacting manufacturer support, Laptop Outlet can avoid it by confirming the fault and obtaining the return to vendor authorisation or DOA code.
