CCL Computers uses DPD and Royal Mail to deliver orders quickly and cheaply within the UK.

For mail-order goods, they will refund return postage up to £6.46 on defective items. For large and/or valuable items they will arrange a courier pick up, please speak to their returns department. Please note that if the item is found to be not faulty you will be responsible for the return postage.

You can track your order via the My Orders section on their website. From there, you can view all your past and present orders and also get detailed tracking information. If you need any further assistance with tracking your order, please send them a support ticket and they will get back to you as soon as possible.

Yes, for your convenience, items can be returned to them at their Technical Counter along with proof of purchase (i.e. order acknowledgment).

I want to cancel my order.

If your order has not yet shipped, you may cancel your order by opening a support ticket or by calling Customer Services at 01274 471 206. If your order has already shipped, please let them know and then refuse delivery when the courier or postman tries to deliver it. It will then be returned back to them and can be refunded. If you would like to cancel or return an order within 7 days of receiving it, please contact their returns department by opening a ticket.
