Insulation4less accepts all major Debit/Credit Cards.

After your order has been placed, you will be sent an order number with your order details via email. All you have to do then is to email deliveries@insulation4less.co.uk and supply your order number and they will be able to let you know what stage your order is at and when it will be delivered. They do not however in most cases provide a tracking number. After your order has been placed, they will notify you via email with an expected delivery date for your order. This delivery date email is usually sent out within 24 - 48 hours during usual business hours.

If you place an order online for items that are out of stock in your area don't worry they generally can get these items into stock very quickly and have your order dispatched out to you as soon as it. If you are inquiring about a speciality item that is generally not held in stock they may need to order this for you and in some cases, it could be subject to delayed delivery times or minimum order quantities but again don't worry they will let you know before you place your order of what the manufacturers requirements are for the product you are inquiring about.

Your delivery charges will depend on the products you order. These charges will be displayed during the checkout process.

Orders are processed by their sales team Monday - Friday between 8.00 am & 5.00 pm. We endeavour to deliver all orders as soon as possible. As soon as one of their sales team has organised a delivery date for your order they will contact you immediately with an order confirmation email and a text message where mobile phone numbers are provided. You will rarely receive an order confirmation from them within 48 hours of ordering so just bear with them. They should be back to you no later than 72 hours with a confirmed delivery date or estimated delivery time. If there are any unexpected delays they will contact you to advise as soon as possible.

In addition to their returns policy under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days from the date of receipt of the merchandise if you send them a notice of cancellation in writing and return the merchandise to them in their original, unopened and unused condition.

Refunds are processed in batches, depending on the date and time of order cancellation or amendment. Please allow 7 working days for your refund to be approved and processed correctly. A further 5 working days need to be allowed for the refund to appear back on your statement. If you do not see your refund back on your statement within this 5-day period after your refund has been processed please contact their sales office.
