JOY accepts payments through all major Credit/Debit Cards and PayPal.

JOY ships within the countries that are available during the checkout process.

Orders will be dispatched within 3 days of the order being placed and will be delivered within 3-5 days of the order being placed. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

In the unlikely event that an item you purchased online isn't quite right, you can return it to JOY for a refund within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Provided the item is unworn and in a re-saleable condition with all tags attached, they will refund the full price paid for the item, less delivery. For hygiene reasons, certain items like pierced jewellery, underwear, swimwear, and opened beauty and grooming products cannot be returned.

You may exchange full-price items for a different size or colour completely free by returning them using the Royal Mail delivery label included on your delivery note or by taking the item in-store with your delivery note. Sale items cannot be exchanged. If you would like an alternative item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
