In the unlikely event that your PIN code is not working, please click on another chatbot, Parky, in the bottom right-hand corner of any page in their Help Centre. You can also find Parky in their app by clicking on Help and following the instructions to "Live chat with customer support".

If you decide to stay longer or need to leave earlier, you can easily change the dates. If you make a long-term booking that lasts 2-months or more, you’ll only be charged the first month's payment up-front and the rest will be collected in monthly instalments.

It’s very unlikely, that’s because all of the important information is passed on to the owners of the car park by them. There are still a handful of owners that ask for confirmation to be left in the car and if that is the case it will be clearly mentioned in your booking confirmation email and visible in the access instructions section that you can access from the 'My bookings' page.

Before confirming the option to 'Cancel Booking' on their JustPark app, make sure to view their cancellation policy. There are separate cancellation policies depending on whether your payment for parking was in advance or for parking right now. If you have driven to a car park and paid on the spot, please see the ‘Drive-up cancellation policy’ below. All bookings made in advance are covered by the ‘Pre-booked parking cancellation policy’.
