All UK orders will be dispatched from their distribution centre based in London, UK. All EU orders will be dispatched from their distribution centre in Paris, France. Their standard shipping is 2-5 working days.

All US orders will be dispatched from their distribution centre based in London, UK. For the USA, shipping is 2-7 days.

Should you want to make changes to your order please email hello@kobaskincare.com with your order details as soon as possible and they will try to help. However if their warehouse has already sent it out, they will not be able to change or cancel your order.

They have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

They will notify you once they've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
