If your package was damaged during shipment, please notify them immediately at info@skinchoice.com with photos of the packaging, the LOT # from the bottom of the box, and a description of the damage. SkinChoice will review your email and replace all reasonable claims. If your package is missing, please have a thorough look around your property to see if it was tucked away out of sight and check in with anyone who might have already picked up the package for you.

If you are not totally satisfied with your product, please send an email to info@skinchoice.com within 30 days of your purchase for mailing instructions. Simply return the used products and they will be happy to refund you the full amount of your purchase, minus shipping fees. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Please Note: Only items purchased on SkinChoice will be accepted for return. If you purchased your product at one of their authorized retailers, please contact them directly for assistance.

Once your return is received and inspected, they will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item. They will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
