Customers can return their parcels at over 600 Asda stores in the UK

• Fill in the returns form (included in each parcel) and place it inside.
• Each order will come with an ASDA TOYOU returns label, please attach this label to the parcel. (If customers don’t have a label, they can visit the ASDA website here to print a label at home or they can print one in the store).
• Customers should take the labelled parcel to their closest ASDA and to the ASDA TOYOU signposted returns point or hand the parcel to an ASDA employee (remember to include the returns note!)

2. Royal Mail Post Office

• Fill in the returns form (included in each parcel) and place it inside.

• Take the parcel to any Royal Mail Post Office and hand it to the counter.
• They will scan the parcel and give the customers a receipt as proof of postage, please keep this receipt until the refund is received - this is important!
