Once you've placed your order and booked your home setup appointment, you can contact your current broadband provider to let them know you'll be cancelling. To avoid having any days with no Internet, they recommend waiting until your LightSpeed Broadband home setup is complete before setting a disconnection date for your current service – you might want to try your new ultra-fast broadband for a few days and get all your devices connected to your new service. Remember, as LightSpeed Broadband is broadband only, you might want to continue your landline service with your current provider.
They're aware that some customers have seen a "Privacy Warning" or "Weak Security" warning on their Apple devices when connecting to the LightSpeed Broadband network.
