What to do if I have received a faulty item?
If you have a faulty item please contact them as soon as you are aware of the fault.
To return the item you need to obtain an RMA number this should then be written clearly onto the box of the returned item. If the item is faulty within 28 days we will make arrangements to collect the item from your location. Please investigate the length of the warranty that your item has before arranging an RMA number. All refurbished and open box items have a 90 day warranty period. New items a minimum of 1 year depending on the manufactures issued warranty period. If an item is faulty within the 28 day period you will be entitled to a full refund for the goods. Outside of that period, you will be eligible for a replacement or repair of your item. Please note they do not warranty batteries.
I have received the wrong item, what to do?
If you have received the wrong item or wrong spec please contact them immediately on [email protected]
or Phone 0800 8494994 to obtain your RMA number they will then arrange to pick up your item from a convenient location for you.
I want to return an unwanted item, what to do?
You are entitled to a full refund for your purchase if they are notified with 14 days of the purchase. You will need to contact them by email on [email protected]
to obtain your RMA number. Please put this number clearly on the box and return to them within 28 days otherwise the item might not be eligible for a refund.
