Yes, Lily Charmed offers refunds for customers who follow their 28 days returns policy. Unfortunately postage fees will not be refunded and you will have to bear the cost of sending your order unless it is an incorrect or faulty order, then the cost of return postage will be covered by Lily Charmed.
