Lily Charmed will always aim to dispatch all standard (non-engraved) orders within 1 working day of receipt however during busy times dispatch may take up to 2-3 working days. Delivery times are an estimate only provided by Royal Mail and commence from dispatch date.

Late And Lost Deliveries

General

In all instances please notify Lily Charmed as soon as possible of any issues via email, on receipt of goods. Please include your order number, name and reason for return. All items must be returned in their original packaging, and in their original condition.

Changed your mind?

No problem. You have 28 days to notify Lily Charmed if you want to cancel the order and receive a refund or exchange the item. The cancellation period will expire 28 days from the day on which you receive the goods you have ordered. Unfortunately, Lily Charmed is unable to refund any delivery charges you may have been charged at the time of ordering or pay for returns postage.

Once accepted, a refund for the full costs of the goods will be provided within a maximum of 7 days from receipt of the returned goods.

Please Note: Lily Charmed cannot accept returns for any engraved products (this is clearly stated on all product pages for engraved items)

Please note that if you paid for your package using an express delivery service and then changed your mind either because you no longer required the product or were unwilling to pay for any customs duties or taxes (in the case of some overseas destinations) and therefore returned the package, then Lily Charmed is unable to refund your original cost of the express delivery or returns postage.

Wrong product sent/Faulty goods?

In the rare instance you receive the wrong item or a faulty product, please inform Lily Charmed as soon as possible and they shall send the correct goods immediately once notified. They shall also include a pre-paid returns envelope for you to send back the incorrect item or refund your returns postage cost up to the cost of their standard delivery charges. For faulty goods, Lily Charmed will either replace the item or offer a full refund including your original postage including any express delivery costs, once they have received back the faulty item.

Royal Mail Guaranteed Delivery Returns

Occasionally Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day delivery is not delivered on time. If this happens you have the right to return your product or keep it. If you keep it Lily Charmed will refund you the additional postage costs, if you decide to return your item they will refund all costs and return postage costs up to their standard delivery charge of £1.95.

Is all your jewellery sterling silver?

Yes, all Lily Charmed jewellery is 925 sterling silver, 18 carat gold plated sterling silver or solid 9 carat gold. All their silver charms are cast from recycled sterling silver too!

What is sterling silver?

Silver by itself is a very soft metal so around 7% of the material used in quality silver jewellery is made of other alloys, usually copper to give it strength and longevity. All Lily Charmed’s silver jewellery is stamped 925 which refers to the fact that at least 92.5% of the metal is pure silver.

Hallmarking – why do some items have a hallmark, and others do not?

By law, all sterling silver items over 7.8 grams must be hallmarked. Lily Charmed hallmarks all their silver that is over this weight with the Birmingham assay office. All their 9 carat gold is also Hallmarked by the assay office.

Do I have to pay for a gift box?

No. All of Lily Charmed’s jewellery is beautifully presented in their premium gift box with a polishing cloth and finished with a hand-tied ribbon, all as standard.

Can I buy a single charm without a necklace?

Yes. Click on Charms in the menu. This will show you all of Lily Charmed’s unique charm designs to add to an existing Lily Charmed necklace or bracelet.

Can I buy a Necklace without a message on the card?

Yes, all of Lily Charmed’s necklaces can be supplied with or without a message. However, as there is no difference in price why not personalise your gift with your own message that they will print for you. Also, some of their most popular gifts are available with pre-written messages, or if you wish, simply leave blank. The choice is yours.

How do I personalise my own Necklace?

Go to any of their Personalised charm necklaces and you will be able to select your preferred chain length, add an additional letter charm and then add a personal message which Lily Charmed will print to ensure your gift is truly personal.

Why can’t I return an engraved item?

Unless your engraved or monogrammed jewellery is faulty or Lily Charmed made a mistake (unusual!), they can not accept returns as they can’t resell it.

Can I return Earrings?

For hygiene reasons Lily Charmed cannot accept returns of earrings unless they are faulty.

Can I add items to an existing order?

Sorry, it is not possible to add items to an existing order. Feel free to make another though.

How will I know you received my order & when will payment be deducted?

An email confirmation will be sent once an order has been received. Lily Charmed will also receive your payment at this time. In the rare instance that the items you have ordered are not available, your order will be cancelled & refunded. An email will be sent informing you of the cancellation.
