If you need to organise a return to Lime Lace, use the guide below:

Lime Lace strives to deliver all orders in a safe and secure manner but if by any chance your product arrives damaged, or there is an issue that cannot be resolved with either a full replacement or replacement parts, the item can be returned to Lime Lace and Lime Lace will issue a refund. Further reductions to the refund may be made if the item shows signs of use or damage.

If an item is damaged, or not as ordered, please inform Lime Lace within 24 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.

Lime Lace hopes you love your items, but if this is not the case please do contact Lime Lace to discuss your order and check the returns policy as each item is different depending on the designer. Please email Lime Lace at info@limelace.co.uk let them know and they will inform you of the returns address, then post the item back within 14 days of receipt.

Any products originally shipped directly from Lime Lace's international designers will need to returned to their returns address. Please contact Lime Lace for the returns address. All goods must be returned in original condition. Please take care to fully inspect your items to ensure you are happy with them before disposing of packaging as failure to do so may result in Lime Lace being unable to refund you.

If you return an item please ask for proof of postage from your post office or courier. Lime Lace suggest goods are returned by registered post as they cannot refund items broken or lost during return transit.

If you want to return an item of furniture you must notify Lime Lace within 14 days. All costs incurred through shipping are non-refundable and the customer bears all return shipping costs. Please contact them at info@limelace.co.uk if you require any assistance.

Please note wallpaper samples and all wallpapers are non refundable unless faulty, please purchase a sample prior to placing your order to check colour and design in person.

Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving the goods back from you. The refund will be made via your original method of payment.

Faulty Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act you have a legal right to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund - as long as you do this within 30 days of receipt. 

After 30 days but under 6 months, you will not be legally entitled to a full refund if your item develops a fault, but Lime Lace will give you the opportunity to repair or replace any faulty goods.

If a fault develops after six months Lime Lace will ask the customer to prove an item was faulty when they bought it if they ask for a repair or replacement.
