Returning an online order by post:

• Pack your item(s) - Repack the item(s) along with the dispatch note. The product(s) must be returned unused with labels intact, in their original packaging.
• Complete your returns form - Scan the QR code on the dispatch note or click on the returns portal link above. Enter the order number and the email address used to purchase and select the item(s) that need to be returned.
• Choose your returns method - Customers should select which method they would like to return their item(s) with. Print the returns label at home or show the QR code found in the return confirmation email at the drop-off location.

Returning an online order in store: If customers wish to return an online order to one of the L.K.Bennett UK standalone stores, they should please take their delivery note and the card which they used to purchase the item(s). If the order was placed with PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay or Alipay it cannot be returned or exchanged in a store and must be returned to the warehouse by post for a refund. When trying on shoes, the protective layer on the sole of the shoes must not be removed – if this is removed, L.K.Bennett may not be able to accept the return. Due to hygiene reasons, L.K.Bennett isn’t able to offer a return or an exchange on tights if the packet is open. A return or an exchange will only be accepted if the packet is unopened. For hygiene reasons, L.K.Bennett cannot accept the return of face masks, earrings or fragrances.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, L.K.Bennett does not offer exchanges on online purchases. If customers wish to exchange their item(s) they can do this by visiting one of the standalone stores in the UK.
