Spending between £295 and £399: The £10 off offer for orders over £295 applies here. This is a straightforward saving that will be applied automatically at checkout.
Spending between £400 and £699: You will qualify for the £10 off offer for orders over £400, which matches the saving from the lower threshold. Again, this discount will apply automatically without needing to enter anything at the till.
Spending £700 or more: The £20 off offer for orders over £700 kicks in at this level. This is where your saving nearly doubles, so if you are planning a larger purchase, it is worth timing your order to cross this threshold if possible.

If there are any delays on your order, you will normally be contacted within a couple of days to alert you to this. Please note that most of the products they provide are ordered from their suppliers, who from time to time will run low on certain items. Should you need your products by a certain date, they would advise that you ring your order through to them on their sales line (0115 946 2555), where they will be more than happy to check stock availability on any order.
If the customer wants to cancel the order, please contact Long Eaton Appliance Company via email immediately. When contacting Long Eaton Appliance Company, please provide the order number. If the customer’s order has not yet left the warehouse, Long Eaton Appliance Company should be able to stop shipping and refund immediately. If the customer's order is in transit or has been delivered, the customer who purchased the item on Long Eaton Appliance Company must return it within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice.
Refund you the price you paid for the Goods. However, please note they are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop. If you intend to return any Goods received (other than because those Goods are faulty or misdescribed) then you should not un-package or unwrap the Goods as you do not intend to keep them. If you do unwrap the Goods, or return them in packaging which is not the original packaging, then We cannot re-sell those items as “new”. In these circumstances, they may charge you for the reasonable cost of repackaging the Goods which is likely to be in the region of £25 (inclusive of VAT). If they refund you the price paid before they are able to inspect the goods and later discover you have handled them in an unacceptable way, you must pay them an appropriate amount.
