How long it takes to deliver?

Can I return the product?
If you wish to return an unwanted item please contact them by emailing Customersupport@go-electrical.co.uk Please provide your order number so that they can deal with your query as efficiently as possible. You must notify them within 14 working days of delivery of your order if you want to return an unwanted item and they will provide you with a Returns Authorisation number. All 'no-fault returns' must be returned at the customer's own cost. The Product must be in its original packaging where possible, as new and unused, and must include all parts, accessories, and manuals. All sealed items must remain sealed. If an item is returned incomplete or used they reserve the right to charge to reflect the diminished value. Due to hygiene reasons, they cannot accept Vacuum Cleaners and Headphones back as no-fault returns if they have been switched on and used.
