Go Electrical accept payments through all major Credit/Debit Cards and PayPal.

Go Electrical ships within the UK only.

Orders placed with Go Electrical will normally be processed and dispatched within 48 working hours and sent on the next working day delivery service (dependent on the item ordered and delivery location). However, it is advisable to allow up to 10 working days for your order to be delivered.

If you wish to cancel or amend your order please email Sales@go-electrical.co.uk with your order number. Once they have received your email they will contact you to confirm the cancellation or arrange the changes.

Please report any damages by email to Customersupport@go-electrical.co.uk as soon as possible after delivery. Please provide a photograph of the damage where possible. Please report all damages prior to use. Upon receiving your email they will be in touch with further information to resolve the problem.

Please provide your order number so that they can deal with your query as efficiently as possible. You must notify them within 14 working days of delivery of your order if you want to return an unwanted item and they will provide you with a Returns Authorisation number. All 'no-fault returns' must be returned at the customer's own cost.

The Product must be in its original packaging where possible, as new and unused, and must include all parts, accessories, and manuals. All sealed items must remain sealed. If an item is returned incomplete or used they reserve the right to charge to reflect the diminished value.

Due to hygiene reasons, they cannot accept Vacuum Cleaners and Headphones back as no-fault returns if they have been switched on and used.
