What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to them in its original condition within 14 days from the date you received the item. Please contact their customer services team by email: [email protected]
or 01993 880 939 to confirm an item you wish to return. Their customer services team will provide the information you need.
What if I receive a damaged order?
Many items are shipped via Royal Mail, however, some items, for example, larger wall maps, are shipped via courier. If your product does arrive by courier please ensure you inspect goods for damage prior to signing for them. If the packaging or product is damaged please do not accept it from the courier or alternatively please sign for the item as damaged. Please contact them to let them know if any item, whether delivered by the Royal Mail or Courier, is damaged within 24 hours of taking delivery. If taking delivery on a Saturday, please note their offices are closed on Saturday and Sunday. In this instance please either email them over the weekend or call them on Monday. Please note: to check the actual map for damage you will need to remove it from the package. Unfortunately, occasionally damage occurs to the map when the packaging looks in good condition. What if I receive an incorrect order?
If you have ordered an incorrect product by mistake and you would like to return it for an exchange or a refund, you may do so within 14 days.
If the item you have ordered has been incorrectly packed please contact them and they will arrange to collect the product/s from you and they will send the correct product/s to you.
