Marc Jacobs ships within countries provided during checkout.
You will receive an email when your order ships. After your order ships, it will arrive at the shipping address within 3 to 6 business days. Please note that in some rare occurrences, the delivery timeframe could be extended.
You can track your order through their Help Center.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
They only offer regular shipping on international orders.
They are happy to accept returns for merchandise purchased on their website that has not been worn, washed, or altered, with tags still attached and in the original packaging (box, sunglasses case, garment bag, etc), within 30 days of purchase.
Items marked ‘Final Sale’ cannot be returned.
To start the returns process, please use their Returns Portal to receive a return label for your order. Please note that the shipping costs paid at the time of the order will not be refunded.
Items returned without an authorized return label from Customer Service will not be accepted. Keep the Return Tracking Number for your package to monitor the delivery status.
To return an international order, please use their Returns Portal. You will need your order number, which can be found at the top of your Order Confirmation email. A return label will be emailed to you.
Pack the unworn item(s) securely in the original packaging and include the return paperwork provided by their customer service. Print and secure the return label to the outside of the package. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package
You must use the return label provided on the parcel. Any return(s) made without pre-approval and the authorized return label from Customer Service will not be accepted. Keep the Return Tracking Number for your package to monitor the delivery status.
To receive a refund, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery or purchase.
You will receive a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase. This will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the returned order.
At this time, their website does not process exchanges on gift orders.
Any credit for items returned from a gift order will be issued to the original purchaser.
