Can I Return Items?
If orders are returned to the MaxiNutrition Shop for any of the reasons below, a surcharge will become payable. If you are not available to take delivery of your order, a card will be left notifying you of who to contact or where to collect it from. In the event you don’t respond to the card within 7 days, your order will be automatically returned to the MaxiNutrition Shop. Your order will not be re-sent unless the relevant surcharge and an additional delivery charge are paid. Please always check with MaxiNutrition Shop or your local depot if you are expecting an order, as the delivery company may have your order at the depot. In the event of a refusal, change of mind, ordered in error or doctors recommendation not to take, a surcharge (see below) will be deducted from your refund unless you have contacted Maxishop to cancel your order within the seven working days cooling-off period. The surcharges are in place to cover the costs of re-stocking, handling, and administration and will not be waived under any circumstances.
Can I get a refund?
Postage and packing costs are not refundable. The costs they charge is heavily subsidized and therefore will be deducted when a refund is issued. Ordering from the Maximuscle shop direct gives you access to great prices, special deals, and a money-back guarantee. You also avoid paying for petrol and parking.
Can I place an order and arrange for it to be sent to another address?
Yes. You can set up a second address (such as a work address) to have your supplements delivered. You can do this on the basket page once you have logged in to the Maximuscle‘s shop in the normal way.
