If you change your mind you’re welcome to return your purchase within 7 days of delivery or the date of your purchase in-store. It must be in its original condition and resalable. If your product is faulty or damaged in transit MON Purse will repair or replace your product as necessary, free of charge. Once approved please email a copy of your postage costs, along with bank account details or PayPal account details and they will transfer the shipping costs to your account.
