Karen Millen accepts payments through all major Credit/Debit Cards and PayPal.
Where do you deliver to?
They deliver to most postal areas in the UK, across Europe, and worldwide. Please check all the countries where they deliver to. Delivery of certain products to the Channel Islands, Sicily Isles, and the Isle of Man may not always be possible. They also reserve the right not to deliver orders if they believe the address is not secure; for example, to a communal postal address or PO Box. If this affects your order, they will notify you as soon as possible.
When will I receive my order?
Karen Millen takes up to 8 days to deliver your order.
When will I receive my refund?
Sometimes (especially during sale periods or festive seasons) they get a little behind. Please contact their customer service team if the refund time period has expired and they will do their best to help. For all their returns methods except store returns. It can take up to 5 working days for your returned item(s) to reach them and a further 5 working days for them to process it. Please note, depending on your payment method, it may take 3-5 working days for the funds to appear in your account. You’ll receive an email from us confirming they have processed your return. If you’ve paid by gift card or e-voucher they will email you with a replacement e-voucher.
