If you have difficulties ordering from My Tyres website, you can either contact them by e-mail: mytyres@delti.com or call them free of charge on 0800-3286532 (Mon.–Fri. 7 am-9 pm). They’ll be more than happy to help.

Their shipments are delivered by Deutsche Paketdienst (DPD) or General Logistics Systems (GLS).

They use the courier companies DPD and GLS for deliveries. If you are not at home, the driver will try to leave the items with a neighbor. If this is not possible, you will be left with a delivery attempt notice with the contact details of the courier company so that you can arrange a new delivery date with them directly.

Should an item be faulty or damaged upon arrival, you are entitled to return the product and be reimbursed within the warranty period. The warranty period for their goods is 24 months, starting from the day of shipment. Please contact them either by email: mytyres@delti.com, by fax: 01212 10 33 30 or by telephone on their hotline: 0808 18 91 233 (freephone), 0207 66 40 702 (Monday to Friday from 7 am to 9 pm). You will receive a claim form from them, which you need to complete, sign and return to them in order to be reimbursed.

Please note: Do not send any tyres directly to their headquarters in Hannover as they, unfortunately, cannot accept any tyre deliveries here. Should you be claiming reimbursement for tyres that have already been mounted to your vehicle, please contact your fitting station.
