My Motor World accepts VISA, Maestro, Master Card, Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal.

Delivery can only be made to the address as stated on the order and cannot be amended once an order has been placed.

All prices they display are in pounds sterling, including VAT, and exclude delivery.

Once you have placed your order and have received an order confirmation, they are unable to cancel your order. In this instance, you will either need to reject delivery, or, accept delivery and subsequently return the goods.

A refund will be processed within 14 days of the goods being received at their returns centre. They will not be liable for any costs in this instance.

They are sorry if your item has arrived damaged. If your item arrives damaged, you must let them know within 7 days of receiving your order. You will need to provide photographs of the goods, for them to assess the damage and determine the best course of resolution. Upon successful damaged item claim, you will be offered a refund or replacement at their discretion.

Any warranty that is provided starts from the date of delivery. If the item is replaced within the warranty period, the warranty does not renew, and you will benefit only from the remaining warranty period. Warranties are not transferrable to any other party. Warranties cover faults found from manufacturing defects only and do not cover defects arising from wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, tampering of goods, abnormal working conditions, or incorrect fitting, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
