If returned after fourteen (14) days but within thirty (30) days it will be exchanged or you will receive a credit note against a future purchase. After thirty (30) days no exchange, refund, or credit note will be given.

Frost Restoration is not responsible for any labour charges incurred during fitment, removal or application of allegedly faulty (or incorrectly supplied) products.

Shortages and Damage – Please advise their Goods Returns Department of any problems with shortages or Carrier damage within two (2) days of receipt. They regret that beyond this time, due to circumstances beyond their control they may be unable to process your claim.

You must provide notice of cancellation by email to customerservices@frost.co.uk and post the unused good(s) with a copy of the receipt to Frost Restoration, Albion Park, Warrington Rd, Glazebury, Warrington, WA3 5PG, UK no later than fourteen days after receipt of item(s).

Cancellation restriction: This applies to all of their products except the purchase of video, DVD, and software products where the item has been unsealed.

They normally despatch items within 48 hours of receipt of your order. If an item is out of stock, it will be marked “back-ordered” on your order acknowledgement and sent out as soon as they are available.
