To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. What is your warranty policy?

Every pair of OOFOS is under warranty for 6 months from the date of purchase. If it turns out there is a defect in your OOFOS, they will replace them with a new pair. All items returned to OOFOS that have passed the 6-month date of purchase will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
