How can I return the unsuitable product?
Please contact Pagazzi within 14 days of receiving the goods by submitting the online returns form below. They can then suggest suitable alternatives and arrange an exchange or issue a returns label for you to send the item back to them. You can return unwanted goods in perfect condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Please carefully re-package the products in the packaging materials used to deliver the products.
PAGAZZI Lighting (Web) Ltd will credit the price paid for the goods in full within 14 days of receipt of your return. You are liable for returns delivery charge for the return of items deemed to be unsuitable. They will deduct this charge from the amount refunded. This charge will be £5.95 (UK) or £16.95 (Europe) for lighting, the furniture will be charged at the same rate as the delivery charge. Items purchased from PAGAZZI online (www.pagazzi.com) may not be returned to their stores. This is to make sure they process your return as quickly as possible.
What happens if my goods arrive damaged or faulty?
In the event that you receive your order in a faulty or damaged condition, please contact them as soon as possible. If your order is damaged or faulty on delivery, you can cancel your order at any time within 30 days of receipt. A refund will be made to the payment method used to order the goods once they receive the returned order at their warehouse. Please check that you can fit the product in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. They cannot refund products that have been incorrectly fitted. They are not responsible for the consequences of incorrectly fitted products. They recommend that you use only qualified and experienced electricians to install their products.
They may ask you to email a photograph of the damage and answer a few questions as part of their quality assurance checks. If appropriate, they will arrange collection of the damaged or faulty product. They can collect your products from your delivery address or another more convenient address. Please re-package the products in the packaging they used to send the products to you. Upon inspection at their warehouse, they will process a refund, or send a replacement at their expense.
