Pagazzi Returns Policy:

Returning unsuitable products?

• Please contact Pagazzi within 14 days of receiving your order. They can then suggest suitable alternatives and arrange an exchange or issue a returns label for you to send the item back to them.
• You can return unwanted goods in perfect condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Please carefully re-package the products in the packaging materials used to deliver them. Please ensure all components are included.
• With this in mind, open your delivery with care. Please don’t reseal boxes with brown packing tape or write on the packaging.
• If the returned packaging is excessively damaged Pagazzi will reserve the right to deduct up to 30% from your refund to cover handling costs.
• PAGAZZI Lighting (Web) Ltd will credit the price paid for the goods in full within 14 days of receipt of your return.
• You are liable for returns delivery charge for the return of items deemed to be unsuitable. Pagazzi will deduct this charge from the amount refunded. This charge will be £5.99 for lighting, furniture, art + mirrors will be charged at the same rate as the delivery charge.

How long will your refund take?

• A typical refund will take between 7 and 14 days. This includes you returning your goods, Pagazzi processing the return and your refund arriving back into your bank account.
• A returns delivery charge will be deducted for items that are unsuitable: £5.99. Furniture, Art + Mirrors will be charged at the same rate as the delivery charge.
