How does payment work?

If you have chosen your parking provider and parking space, you will see the possible payment methods. You can pay with them in different ways: both online and on-site. Please check the available payment methods. Not every parking provider offers the same payment options. Some providers allow you to pay part of your payment online and the rest on-site, however, others require the full payment upfront. But don't worry, if you need to change or cancel your reservation, this can be done free of charge and with a full refund within 24 hours prior to your reservation date.

Can I make a reservation on the phone?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to make a reservation via Parkos by calling their customer service. It is only possible to make a reservation online because their availability and their prices are automatically updated in their system. To make sure a parking spot is reserved for you, go to Parkos and fill in your reservation form. You can search for and book parking directly for your next journey. You will receive your reservation confirmation in your email.

Making a reservation is easy. Select your airport from their list, fill in your dates and times and start comparing the parking locations. You can choose the one that suits you the best.

When making a reservation, you will be asked to fill in the form with your data. When booking, you will be sure that a parking spot is reserved for you and that the price won't change. You can usually choose between online payment or payment on the spot.

When your reservation is successful, you will receive a confirmation email. They kindly ask you to print it and bring it with you to the parking.

I arrive after 11:59 PM, for how many days should I book?

When making a reservation, it is important that you submit the exact date when you expect to return. For example, you park your car on May 3rd at 11:00 pm and arrive back at the airport on May 7th at 12:30 am. This means you should submit the start date for May 3rd and the end date for May 7th. In this case, you pay for five days, as you will be parked on the 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th of May.

I do not know my flight details (yet). Can I still make a booking?

You are due to travel and would like to book a parking space, but do not know your flight details (yet). Luckily, that's not an issue. The arrival time submitted is just an estimate so that the parking providers can plan their staff. This way, there will never be a long wait for your shuttle bus to transfer to and from the airport.

Can I book several cars at the same time?

If you are travelling as part of a group, you would naturally want to book all of your cars together. When making the reservation, first of all, complete the journey details and after that your personal information. Underneath your details, you will find "Add another vehicle". If you click on this button, you can submit the details of the second vehicle. The maximum number of cars you can book is nine. Every car will get its own reservation number, therefore there will never be two cars mentioned in one confirmation email.

Please note: are you submitting a different name and email address for the second car? Then the confirmation email will be sent to the email address you submitted for the second car.

Not every parking provider has fixed parking spaces, in that case, you will select your own spot. This means that, when travelling in a group, you will be able to park the cars next to each other, if there is space to do so.

How far in advance do I need to book?

They recommend that you book your parking space through Parkos in advance. It is advisable to book at least two days in advance, as some parking providers may be fully booked. During peak times, such as holidays, they suggest booking at least three days in advance. When parking ahead of time, you will be able to select the parking providers with the best deals and a guaranteed parking space, therefore you won't come across any unpleasant surprises just before departure.

In some cases, you may not know your flight details until just before departure, this means you will not be able to book within 48 hours prior to departure. Normally, this won't be an issue, some of their providers accept bookings made within three hours prior to departure, depending on availability. Through Parkos, you will see exactly which parking providers have space for you during your requested dates.

Question 7

How do I know if my reservation has been successful?

When you have booked through them, they will save your reservation in their system. This means your reservation won't get lost, should a technical issue arise, and the reservation is available in their system.

They will then inform the parking provider of your reservation, meaning your space will be made available for you. All of this is done automatically.
