Habitat accepts VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, and PayPal.
Where do you deliver?
Habitat delivers to the UK only.
Can I make changes to my order?
You can only make changes to your order up until the point when you confirm your order in the checkout process. If you need to make a change after this you must speak with one of Habitat online customer service team on 0344 499 4686.
What is your returns policy?
Any cancellations for made-to-order items will need to be made with 14 days from the date your order was placed. Your refund will be processed as soon as possible and in any event within no more than 14 days of the day you have given Habitat notice of cancellation or returned your items.
In which method will I receive my refund?
All refunds are issued within the original payment method used during the purchase.
