Any amount paid will be credited to the same payment mode using which the payment was made within 5-7 business days after placing the request. COD (Cash on delivery) orders are not eligible for cancellation They will not charge you any cancellation fees for orders cancelled within 24 hours after placing the order.

Peepul Tree offer size exchanges only for the same product, style, and color that you have purchased. Contact them at support@peepultree.in to schedule a reverse pick-up within 48 hours of delivery of the product, and they will initiate your exchange request. Please ensure that the product is unused and unworn and that the original tags are intact. Upon receipt of the product at their warehouse, it will be subject to a quality inspection, and if it passes the inspection, a fresh piece will be dispatched to reach you within standard shipping timelines. In case the required size is not in stock, they will provide you with a refund (after deducting the applicable shipping charges). International orders are not eligible for exchanges or returns. Customized products or special bulk orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Imperfections or irregularities in the product cannot be termed defects, as these are intrinsic to the handmade process. Returns on the basis of such queries will not be entertained. They request that you check the product details thoroughly before buying any product. Many of the products (fabrics) are made of natural colors, may bleed when washed, and therefore need special care. Kindly follow the care instructions mentioned to increase the longevity of the product. In order to maintain fairness to their artisans and craftsmen, as well as to keep their prices fair, they accept returns only for damaged or defective products. If the customer really wants a refund, they should send the product back to them at their Warehouse address, and they will refund if the received product is in good condition. In such cases, kindly raise a complaint with clear pictures of the defective area(s) within 48 hours of receiving the product to support@peepultree.in.
