If you have chosen a plan with an excess/fixed fee, then the excess/fixed fee will apply. Their ethos is to always provide their customers with a solution to their problems. In the circumstance where the issue you have raised is not covered under the agreement of your plan, they may offer to assist you and rectify the issue as an out-of-plan charge.
