Tracking is available on selected services only, and if applicable the details will be included in your dispatch confirmation email. Most orders, unless you request upgraded delivery service, are shipped by Royal Mail first or second class, which are not tracked. If you are having any difficulty tracking your package, please contact them with your order number, and they will be happy to help.

Orders received by 5:30 pm GMT are normally dispatched on the same business day (subject to stock availability). Orders placed after 5:30 pm on Friday will ship on Monday.

You can cancel an order any time up until it has been dispatched. If the order has left the warehouse, they are unfortunately not able to cancel while it is in transit. The best way to cancel is to contact them by live chat (click the "Chat" button at the bottom left corner of any website page during business hours) or phone (call them on 0844 567 8118), as they will be able to process your request immediately. You can email them, but if you do this, please bear in mind that they may not reach your email before the order is shipped. If your order has already been dispatched and you wish to return it, please contact their customer service team.
