What forms of payment methods can I use?
TonerGiant.co.uk accepts VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, and PayPal.
Can I get my order delivered outside the UK?
No. Unfortunately, at present, they can only ship to a UK address, with the exception of a BFPO address.
What time will my order arrive?
If you are expecting a courier delivery today (Monday – Friday), your goods can be delivered up until 5.30 pm. They are unable to obtain estimated delivery times from the courier. If your order is being sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery service, they are unable to determine which day your goods will be delivered, as the delivery schedule is variable, typically 1 – 3 working days, however on rare occasion’s delivery can take up to 10 days.
What happens if I miss the delivery?
If your order has been shipped via a courier, they should leave a calling card on their first delivery attempt. They will then reattempt delivery the following day. If no one is available to accept delivery again, they will return your parcel to your local depot and await you arranging a convenient day for delivery (excluding weekends) or arranging a pick-up from your local depot. They will hold your parcel for a maximum of 5 working days, before returning the parcel back to them. If your order has been shipped via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery your local postal service will leave a calling card on their first delivery attempt. Your parcel will then be returned to your local delivery office for collection by yourself when convenient.
How can I return my order?
* Sign in to your online account and fill out the returns form. Once signed in you’ll be able to select the order/products you wish to return.
* You will be issued with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
* They will then arrange to collect your item(s) or provide you with a postage address depending on the agreement of the return.
* Once they are in receipt of a returned item please allow 3-7 days for a refund or replacement to be issued.
What if I get a damaged item?
If you order a printer and it becomes faulty within the first 30 days of receiving your order, please contact them and they can arrange for a replacement or collection and refund. In addition to this, all electronic hardware sold is covered by a standard manufacturer 1-year warranty. Within this period, if the product develops a fault you can also contact the printer manufacturer under the terms of the warranty and arrange for your printer to be fixed (or replaced if it cannot be fixed).
