What is the exchange policy?
Please follow the above directions from our return policy for an exchange.
Once your exchange order is received at their offices they will follow up with an e-mail confirmation. The confirmation will include an invoice for the exchange order shipment fee. All exchange orders will be shipped through USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 1-2 business days for your exchange order to process for shipment.
If there is a price difference in the item(s) for exchange a partial refund to the original form of payment or request for payment will be issued to the customer.
When your exchange order is ready to ship they will e-mail the address provided on the original order with your tracking confirmation. Your order will be sent to the original shipping address on file unless otherwise requested on the customer’s behalf. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking confirmation to update.

A refund will be issued once your return has been received and accepted back into their inventory. Please allow 1-2 business days to receive confirmation of the acceptance of your return. At that time your refund will be initiated to your account. Please note that all original shipment fees – if any – are non-refundable. Quaker Marine Supply kindly ask that you allow an additional 5-7 business days for your refund to post to your account.
