Multi-site delivery - If you’ve got more than one warehouse, office or site, this service will come in really handy. You can arrange to have your deliveries sent to different sites throughout the UK, so your packaging will always be in the right place at the right time.

Collect your order from RAJA - Customers can collect orders from RAJA between 12:00 – 16:00 Monday to Friday. If you wish to collect your order from them please book this directly with their sales team in advance. When you arrive, please go to RAJA’s Warehouse (2nd entrance on the right then Bay 23 or 24) and quote your sales order number.

You have 30 days from receiving your original order to return products to RAJA.

• RAJA asks that you call first on 0800 630 03 52 to get your Returns Authorisation Number, then send everything back in the same condition as it arrived, with your dispatch note.
• Goods are to be returned in their original condition unused and packaging intact.
• Unfortunately you cannot return items that have been used for any period of time.
• If goods are returned and they are not in their original condition RAJA will refuse the return and your goods considered non-refundable.
• RAJA will send you an email confirmation once they receive your returns.
• You can cancel your order any time up to 14 days after you receive the goods.
